I hope this finds you safe and well at this very unsettling time. I’m sure, like me, you’re trying to keep yourself busy, active and staying positive during the lockdown… well, here’s something I’d like to share with you which I’m hoping will help out and give you a lift!

Dance along with me, each morning at 11am – live on YouTube from my living room! Each day we’ll cover a different dance and there’ll be an interactive Q&A chat along the way. It’s the perfect way to keep moving, learn to dance, and stay connected, all together!
If you can’t make it at 11am, you can always watch the lesson afterwards on the YouTube Channel. I’ve been trying it each morning to great effect on Twitter so there’s a marvellous selection of videos there for you to enjoy right away:
Do subscribe to the YouTube Channel – you can then receive reminders and notifications about each new video… and you can also join in the Live Chat too. It’s going to be marvellous! Even more so if you can beam it to your television and go ‘big screen’!
Barring any technical hitches, I’ll be very excited to have you join me at 11am Friday 10th April here on my new YouTube Channel – and each day thereafter (though I’ll have a day off on Sunday). I’ll do my best to answer all questions live on air… I’m sure you’ll do your best to keep me on my toes!
